Greetings!
My name is Allison Claxton and I am the Chaplain for Golden Square Shopping Centre
I am a Nationally Accredited Lay Preacher through the United Reformed Church and I am currently undergoing Ordination Training to become a Minister within the URC.
I am a member of Thomas Risley URC in Locking Stumps, Birchwood and I also work for the NHS at Warrington Hospital.
I am married to David with 3 grown-up sons, only one of whom still lives at home.
My role, as I see it, is to be available to all those who work in and pass through the Golden Square Shopping Centre, to offer encouragement, support and prayer if needed and where there is a Quiet Space located in the Welcome Hall - a place to find peace, relaxation and a time away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Warrington Market
My name is Mavis McDonnell and I am Chaplain to Warrington Market, a role that I have held for the past 5yrs.
My post is part-time and I visit the market on various days during the week.
I am involved with Fair 4 All, I am a member of the Warrington Fairtrade Steering Committee and I am also a member of Mission in the Economy.
My role is to offer pastoral and spiritual support to either stall holders or shoppers within Warrington Market.
I am also a Local Minister at St. Anns CofE but I work with colleagues across the denominations and faiths, meaning that if I am unable to help directly, I can hopefully point you in the right direction.
